- Pursuant to Utah Code § 11-36a-503 and § 63G-30-102 (Class A Notice), the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District hereby gives notice of its intent to contract with a consultant to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) under Utah's Impact Fees Act (Title 11, Chapter 36a). Description of Work: - IFFP: Identifies public infrastructure needs, projected growth, and level-of-service standards. - IFA: Calculates impact fees, establishes nexus and proportionality between new development and required facilities. Geographic Area: - Applies to the district-wide service area. Timeline: - This notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website as of 2/20/2026. - Consultant contract will be executed and work will commence on or after 3/2/2026.
