Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. In the following order: 1. The Commission shall receive public input and consider a request from Josh King to amend the General Plan for the property at 590 East Main (Tax ID #11-089-0006), to change the zoning designation from Open Space Conservation (OSC) to Commercial General (CG). 2. The Commission shall receive public input and consider a request from Jared Harris for a Conditional Use Permit, a prerequisite for a Business License, to operate 'Cache Valley Sheds' a shed sales business, located at 673 East Main Street (Tax Id.#11-089-0009).
