NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hinckley Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The hearing will be held in the Town Council Chambers located at 161 E 300 N, Hinckley, Utah, in conjunction with the commission's regularly scheduled meeting.
PURPOSE OF THE HEARING The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding proposed legislative changes to the Hinckley Town Code and the official Zoning Map. The Commission will consider the following:
- Title 10 (Building Regulations): Comprehensive revisions to updates regarding construction standards, permits, and compliance.
- Title 11 (Zoning Regulations): Amendments to land use categories, setbacks, and development standards.
- Zoning Map Amendment: Proposed changes to the official Hinckley Town Zoning Map to align with updated Title 11 regulations.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION All interested persons are invited to attend and provide oral or written comments. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk's office prior to the meeting date for those unable to attend in person.
