Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Request support for a new military training site - Paul Raymond, Utah National Guard b. Historic Capital Project Area update and possible tax-exempt resolution c. Discussion regarding a Cooperative Wildfire System Agreement and R6's regional growth summit event - Jess Stevens, R6 Regional Council d. Discussion regarding Ordinance 26-02 establishing a historic preservation commission to survey and inventory community historic resources, to review proposed nominations to the national register of historic places, to review applications for certificates of appropriateness, to provide advice and information to city officials and the local community in planning, and to support enforcement of state historic preservation laws - Councilmember Rausch and Carl Aldrich, Territorial Statehouse Director OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a.
