- You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request for an ordinance requiring sewer impact fee payment at time of subdivision plat bonding.
