Please take notice that the Garfield County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
SUBJECT: Subdivision Ordinance Amendments
DATE: Wednesday, March 18, 2026
TIME: 2:00 PM
LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759
The proposed amendments are mandated by the Utah State Legislature in order to comply with UCA 17-79-7.
The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
