Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF TIME DATE PLACE AND AGENDA MINERSVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION The Minersville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Monday February 23, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. Regular Meeting: 1. Call to order and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting 2. Todd McMullin: Zoning change for his property at the Barn 3. Taylor Pearson: Discuss conditions use permit and possible zoning change at his property on 300 W 400 S 4. John Martinez: Discuss moving trailer to his property on main street. 5. Brad Eyre: Discuss ADU and Single-Family Residential ordinances. 6. Other business Notice: The Planning and Zoning Board may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
