NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on March 3, 2026 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - John Armstrong has applied to amend section 3-4109(4) of the Development Code to reduce the side yard setback that applies to accessory structures near parkway details. - Highland City is considering amending Chapter 3, Article 7 of the Development Code related to signs permitted within the Residential Professional (R-P) zone to allow additional monument and/or commercial center freestanding signs and/or to adjust the required setbacks for monument signs to facilitate additional monument signs within the R-P zone.
