NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Water Conservancy District
Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 6:00 pm at 533
E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, to consider a $0.11 increase in the rate per
thousand gallons of non-potable water, from $1.38 to $1.49 per thousand gallons, sold to
municipal customers of the Regional Water Supply Agreement and other contract
customers, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed rate increase and
to explain the reasons for the proposed increase.
