NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, to consider an update to the excess water use surcharge thresholds for new residential connections subject to the Ultra Water Efficiency Standards, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed updates and to explain the reasons for the updates.
