NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2026-8 BY THE PROVO MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
Pursuant to Sections 17C-5-109 and 17C-5-110 of the Utah Code Annotated, the Provo Municipal Council (the 'City Council') is providing this notice that on February 10, 2026, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 2026-8, adopting the Lakeview Parkway Community Reinvestment Area Project Area Plan (the 'Plan'), as approved by the Provo City Redevelopment Agency (the 'Agency'), and directing that notice of adoption of the Plan be given as required by law.
Ordinance No. 2026-8 and the Plan shall become effective upon posting of this notice, at which time the Agency may proceed to implement the Plan. The Plan is available for public inspection at Provo City Hall, 445 West Center Street, Provo, Utah 84601, Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
For a period of 30 days after the effective date of the Plan, any person may contest the Plan or the procedure used to adopt it if the Plan or procedure fails to comply with applicable statutory requirements. After the expiration of that 30-day period, no person may contest the Plan or the procedure used to adopt it for any cause.
