Please take notice that the Garfield County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
SUBJECT: Water Hauling Ordinance
DATE: Wednesday, March 18, 2026
TIME: 2:00 PM
LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759
The proposed ordinance amendments include the prohibition of water hauling with certain exceptions in the unincorporated areas of Garfield County, State of Utah.
The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
