- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings have been scheduled for the following items to be heard by the Garland City Planning Commission on March 10, 2026 at 7:00 pm and the Garland City Council on March 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm. The meetings will be held in the Garland City Offices at 72 North Main Street Garland, Utah. 1) Review and possible action on the following proposed Text Amendments to the Garland City Code: Commercial C-1 Zone (Chapter 9-8); Definitions (Chapter 9-1-6); Residential R-4 Zone (Chapter 9-7D-1); and Residential RM12 Zone (Chapter 9-7E-1) THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the City Recorder, Kristal Edwards at (435) 257-3118 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting. ___________________________________ Kristal Edwards Garland City Recorder Posted to Public Notice Website - February 19, 2026
