- West Point City - Storm Drain Trunk Line (4000 W 1800 N) PART 1 SECTION 1.1 - INVITATION TO BID INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids for the construction of the West Point City - Storm Drain Trunk Line (4000 W 1800 N) will be received by at the City office, 3200 West 300 North, West Point, UT 84015, until 1:00 PM local time on Monday, 3/2/2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. A non-mandatory Prebid meeting will be held at 3:00 PM local time on Tuesday, 2/17/2026, at the West Point City office. The Project consists of: Storm Drain Trunk Line (4000 W 1800 N): Installation of new storm drain pipe, related UDOT 1800 North crossing and associated required utility looping, connect to Clinton Drain. The project shall be governed by the contract documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting all bonding, traffic control, encroachment permit, other requirements imposed by UDOT and/or Davis County and/or West Point City at no additional cost to OWNER. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The contracts will be awarded, if they are to be awarded based on this solicitation, to the responsive, responsible bidder (please refer specifically to Article 3 in Section 1.2) submitting the lowest bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
