OAK CITY TOWN BOARD PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026 beginning at 7:45 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and public comment will then be taken on the proposed annexation of the real property commonly known as 200 North 250 East. This Hearing will begin at 7:45 pm; after which, the Regular Town Board Meeting will begin. The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting: A. Adopt Agenda. B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, January 22, 2026. C. Town of Oak City 2025 Audit Report-Spencer Hintze, Gilbert & Steward, CPAs. D. Discuss and Possibly Adopt the Proposed Ordinance 2026-01, The Annexed Territory Identified as 'The Steele Annexation'. E. Discuss and Request Signature for Cooperative Wildfire System (CWS) Agreement-Copeland Anderson. F. Public Comment. G. Monthly Financial Report. H. Departmental Reports. I. Miscellaneous. J. All agenda items need to be submitted to Mayor Kirt Dutson or Town Recorder, Alyssa Nielson, no later than the Saturday before the Town Board Meeting.
