- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Springville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 03, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center, City Council Chambers located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the approval and adoption of the Springville Sewer Collections Master Plan IFFP/IFA; the Storm Water IFA; the Sewer Treatment IFA; the Pressurized Irrigation Master Plan IFFP/IFA; the Culinary Water Master Plan IFFP/IFA; and the Transportation IFA. A copy of the Master Plans, IFFP, and IFA is available for public review on the City's website (www.springvilleutah.gov) and in the Springville Public Library located at 45 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder
