Stockton, Utah Soldier Canyon Water Line GENERAL NOTICE Stockton Town (Buyer) is requesting Bids for the procurement of the following: Soldier Canyon Water Line 824-24-01 Bids will be received online through the Utah Public Procurement Place at https://utah.bonfirehub.com or in person at the Stockton Town Hall located at 18 North Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah 84071, until Thursday, March 05, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened. The Procurement includes the following Items: Install 2,220 linear feet of 8' C900 DR-18 water line from the existing water treatment facility to the new Soldier Canyon Well No. 2. Installation includes all fittings and appurtenances, valves, connections to existing piping, trenching, backfill and restoration. Bids will be received for the following Contract: Soldier Canyon Water Line. Owner anticipates that Procurement's total bid price will be approximately $150,000. Procurement has an expected duration of 45 days. OBTAINING BIDDING DOCUMENTS Information and Bidding Documents for the Procurement can be found at the following designated website: https://utah.bonfirehub.com Or requested via email from eneil@bowencollins.com Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Procurement. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website or to individual emails where Bidding Documents were originally sent. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website or via email. Owner nor Engineer will not be responsible for returned emails from the Bidder.
