- THE CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED INCREASE TO STORM WATER FEE A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., in the council chambers of Taylorsville City Hall at 2600 W Taylorsville Blvd in Taylorsville, Utah to receive public comment concerning a proposed increase to the storm water fee previously set in 2007 by Ordinance No. 07-19. Those wishing to comment on the proposed changes are invited to appear at the hearing and speak for up to three minutes. Following the public hearing, the storm water fee may be amended, as appropriate, to reflect the public comment and other issues determined by the City Council. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Taylorsville will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Request for assistance can be made by calling 801-963-5400 at least 3 business days in advance of the hearing.
