3. Financial & Administrative Business
o 2025 Audit Review: Presentation and discussion of the annual financial audit findings.
o Public Entity Resolution: Review and approval of the resolution regarding banking and financial authorizations.
o Certificate of Deposit (CD) Update: Report on current investment rates and maturity status.
4. Fire Department
o WUI Code & Mapping Resolution: Action to adopt the Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Code and official mapping in accordance with Utah House Bill 48.
o Departmental Update: Report on operations and recent activity.
5. Council Organization
o Division of Council Member Duties: Discussion and assignment of department portfolios, committee seats, and oversight responsibilities among Council members.
6. Parks & Recreation
o Care of Town & Upper Community Parks: Discussion regarding the current understanding of maintenance responsibilities, upkeep standards, and coordination between the Town and Upper Community Recreation District.
