- East Carbon City will hold a public hearing on March 3, 2026. The purpose of the public hearing is to hold a budget hearing to adopt and increase in spending. The public hearing will be held at East Carbon City Hall, 101 W. Geneva Dr., East Carbon and begin at 6:30 P.M.
