- PUBLIC NOTICE Advertisement for Bids for 2026 Water Year Canal Irrigation Water Shares Central Valley Town is accepting bids for the current 2026 water year rental of the following shares of irrigation water: - Twenty-nine (29) shares of Brooklyn Canal water, - three (3) shares of Richfield Irrigation Canal water - six (6) shares of Sevier Valley Canal water. All the shares are owned by Central Valley Town. Sealed bids must be received at the Central Valley Town Hall Office by 7:00 pm, Wednesday, March 18, 2026. The sealed bid must be clearly marked as 'Bid for water shares.' Information regarding the bid/rental of the water shares may be obtained by contacting Central Valley Town Clerk at 435-893-9178 during business office hours (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm). You can also contact the mayor at 435-979-6267. The sealed bids will be opened during the regularly scheduled town council meeting on March 18, 2026. Central Valley Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
