Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes for January 21, 2025 Attachments: 3. Approval of Work Orders None 5. Commission & Staff Reports - Police Chief Report - Fire Chief Report - Planning Commission Report Attachments: Public Forum Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns they may have. Each resident will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. New Business 6. Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed amendment to the subdivision ordinance 2026-03 updating the easement requirements and the possibility of vacating an exiting easement. Adding an image for reference. Updating some of the grammar. Attachments: 7. Discussion and possible action on a cooperative agreement 2026-01 with the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands. Attachments: 8. Discussion and possible action on a proposed amendment to the Conditional Use Ordinance 2026-02. A change in notifications to land owners. Attachments: 9. Discussion and possible action on the bid documents and a timeline for the new public works building. 10. Motion to Adjourn The Town Council may exercise its right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct an electronic meeting. To discuss the pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or purchase, exchange, or lease of real property) The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
