Notice is given that the Stockton Town Council will hold a regular meeting as identified below in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk at (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The order of Agenda Items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Mayor or Town Council. Time limits, if any listed for Agenda items are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed.

a. Check Register Antoinette has questions on reference number and check number, will double check with Tara, sheriff overlooked the 30000+ invoicing of sheriff's office. Did not receive bill for a year and a half. Tara paid half and will catch up in the future. How much does it cost for a police officer?? Nando-'Town cannot afford it. Sheriff is doing a great job'

c. Approval of November and December (special meeting) 2024 meeting minutes

Prospective New Council Members Interviews and swearing in.
5. Department Reports:
a. Sheriffs Report - did not notify them we didn't have a meeting in December. Overtime shifts are making a difference, people are slowing down.
November 12 details, 1 arrest 16 citations
December- total details, 0 arrests, 13 citations. Talking about removing Cesar Montes trailer, he has barricading it in so we can't remove, we are trying to find someone to move it.
b. Stockton Fire Dept- no agreement with new fire station yet. Working on it. 199 calls in 2024. Still waiting on parts for the new truck with detailing and lights. Interesting future for Stockton. Joe? Is there a policy about getting an ambulance closer to town? Vernon has an ambulance. Rush Valley has an ambulance, they can hit this area pretty quick. Grantsville plans on 15000 new houses in two developments. Big Stores Coming in. Traffic light possibly
Emergency Management items, the generator grant has been completed and sent out.ISO rating, (insurance), we will have to have all the fire hydrants tested on a cycle. Will write a policy to give to Rod, get 25%-30% done. Please show up to ribbon cutting for new Fire Station.
c. Planning and Zoning Report- none
d. Mayors Report - abandoned the first site of the new Well. moving towards the current well, near the treatment plant. If the well runs dry up the canyon, will residents have access to the new well? Yes.

6 Resolution 2025-01-02 mayor pro tem-including an alternate, Motion to Joseph Johnston for mayor pro tem 2nd , antoinette Romano alternate Mayor Pro tem Shyla motion, Joe 2nd all in Favor, no opposed
7. SUBDIVISION CODE Discussion- need to have P& Z look over it
8. General Plan Discussion- Antoinette to be in charge of putting together a committee. Shyla will also help out. Funding for zoning, transportation and general plan has already been submitted.

11. 1st quarter Budget review- fees projected? What happens if we don't make projections? Can be amended if needed. Try to have Steve our accountant here next month. motion to pass, Joe 2nd Shyla All Approved we will have 2nd quarter next month.
12. Conflict of Interest discussion- all members of council must have form filled out and sent to state and it has to be posted on Website.
