- Public Forum Utah's Medicaid Reform 1115 Demonstration The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Integrated Healthcare (DIH) will hold an annual public forum to solicit comments on the progress of Utah's Medicaid Reform 1115 Demonstration. This meeting is held pursuant to 42 CFR 431.420(c). Utah's Medicaid Reform 1115 Demonstration authorizes the following programs and benefits: -Adult Expansion -Dental Services -Employer Sponsored Insurance -Extended Postpartum Coverage -Family Planning -Fertility Treatment for Individuals Diagnosed with Cancer -Former Foster Care Youth from Another State -Health Related Social Needs -In Vitro Fertilization and Genetic Testing -Justice Involved -Residential and Inpatient Treatment for Individuals with Serious Mental Illness -Substance Use Disorder Residential Treatment -Targeted Adult Medicaid -Utah's Premium Partnership for Health Insurance -Utah Medicaid Integrated Care The public forum will be held during the Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC) Meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. -Video Conference: Google Meet Meeting meet.google.com/ieq-jggb-pec -Or join by phone: (US) +1 513-818-1049 PIN: 510813429# Individuals requiring accommodation to participate in the forum should contact Laura Belgique at (801) 538-6241 by 5:00 pm by March 18, 2026.
