- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2026-005 Requesting a Zone Change from Agriculture to Range & Forest MCCORNWOOD ENTERPRISES LLC, Applicant Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 5th, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millard County Offices located at 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below from Agriculture (AG) to Range & Forest (RF) located approximately 6 miles northwest of Holden; and more particularly described as: E1/2 & S1/2 SW1/4 SEC 6, T19S, R4W, SLM. [APN: 5711] Containing 397.60 acres, more or less A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT.
