- PUBLIC NOTICE MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING - COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL PLAN UPDATE Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed comprehensive update to the Millard County General Plan on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millard County Offices located at 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah. The proposed updates to the General Plan are available for review and inspection online at www.millardplan.org or in personal at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT. Anyone having questions may also contact the Millard County Planner, Adam Richins at the above address in Delta or by calling 435-864-1400 or 435-590-5113. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. Published in the Millard County Chronicle Progress February 18, 2026.
