Requesting a Zone Change from Agriculture to Heavy Industrial
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below from Agriculture (AG) to Heavy Industrial (HI) located approximately 1/2 mile north of Delta at about 1500 East 1750 North; and more particularly described as:
BEG S 89°24'20' W 944.45 FT NE COR SE1/4 SW1/4 SEC 31, T16S, R6W, SLM, S 89°24'20' W 528.24 FT INTRSCT W BDRY LN UPRR R/W & N BDRY SE1/4 SW1/4 SEC, S 0°14'25' E 260 FT, N 89°24'50' W 173.43 FT, N 0°35'40' W 256.42 FT, N 89°24'20' E 175 FT TO BEG.
