The meeting was held on Tuesday the 27th day of January 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Torrey Town Office located at 75 E 100 N. Note the agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order. Welcome: Mayor Wright Roll Call: Pat Kearney, Jordan Pace, Mayor Wright, Renee Reel, Dustin Oyler, Kelly Chapel, and Jack Jepson of Ensign Engineering Excused: Richard Braaten Agenda; Final Report on the wastewater feasibility study presented by Kelly Chapel.
