PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Lisa Schwartz D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $252,164.61. 2. Request for approval of warrants #107252-107293, #495262-495353 and #504 in the amount of $1,177,513.05. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of an ACH payment to Zions Bank in the amount of $270,027.88. 5. Request for approval of minutes for the meetings held on January 27 and February 3, 2026. 6. Request from the Weber-Morgan Health Department for approval to surplus 17 desktop computers. 7. Request for approval of the fifth-amendment to a Master Services Agreement by and between Weber County and Securus Technologies, LLC for inmate phone services. 8. Request for approval of a Master Services Agreement by and between Weber County and Verifent, Inc. authorizing Verifent to provide employment and income verifications responses on behalf of Weber County. 9. Request for approval to amend a contract by and between Weber County and Flock Group Inc. for access of Flock's software and hardware situational awareness solution. 10. Request for approval of an Information Sharing Contract by and among Weber County and the following entities- Weber Human Services, Weber County Public Defenders Group-Forensic Social Work Unit, the Weber County Sheriff's Office-Justice Program, the Ogden City Police Department- Homeless Services Advocate Team, the Weber Housing Authority and VitalCore Health Strategies. 11. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Amy Fenn for a litigation settlement. 12. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Utah Department of Health and Human Services for portable morgue management. 13. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Kimberley Rhodes. G. Action- 1. Request for approval of the first reading of an ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending Chapter 2 of the Weber County Fee Ordinance, Sec. 16-2-2 Clerk/Auditor Fees. Presenter: Mona Wald 2. Request for approval of the first reading of an ordinance of the County Commission of Weber County allowing appointment of additional alternate members to the GRAMA Appeals Board. Presenter: Courtlan Erickson 3. Request for approval of the first reading of an ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending certain fees to the Weber County Culture, Parks, and Recreation Department. Presenter: Brad Cragun 4. Request for approval of a resolution of the county commission of Weber County creating the Weber County Paramedic and Technical Rescue Committee. Presenter: Lisa Schwartz 5. Request for approval of a Master Services and Purchasing Agreement by and between Weber County and Axon for three body cameras for Weber County Animal Control Officers. Presenter: Siri Main 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Diamond Rental to lock in prices of canopies that will be provided for the Weber County Fair from now until 2030.
