PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Verk Industrial Regional Public Infrastructure District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Wednesday, February 28, 2026 commencing at 4:00 p.m., at Spanish Fork City, Library Hall, Explorer Room, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork UT 84660 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the October 30, 2025, special board meeting (enclosure).
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Review and ratify approval of previous claims (enclosure).
B. Review and consider acceptance of December 31, 2025 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure).
C. Consider approval to authorize the District to reimburse Spanish Fork City up to an additional $10,000,000.
III. LEGAL MATTERS
A. Discuss annual board member training requirements www.training.auditor.utah.gov.
IV. TRUSTEES' MATTERS
V. MANAGERS' MATTERS
A. Matters pertinent to the PID and associated actions/approvals.
B. Discussion regarding need for websites.
VI. OTHER BUSINESS
A. Schedule special meetings in May and June.
