Invitation for Sealed Bids Millard County West Maintenance is accepting sealed bids for one (1) telehandler forklift with the following specifications: Required Specifications - Lift height: 504 inches - Lift reach: 336 inches - Operating width: 94 inches - Lift capacity: 9,000 lbs - Lift capacity at maximum height: 6,000 lbs - Lift capacity at maximum reach: 1,800 lbs - Drive type: 4WD - Steering: 2-wheel, 4-wheel, and crab steering - Must include standard adjustable pallet forks - Must include a 96-inch utility bucket Restrictions: - Equipment must NOT include outriggers or any feature that increases the forklift width. Bid Requirements: - Bids must include all applicable fees. - Questions regarding specifications may be directed to Bill Lister at 435-864-8218. Submission Instructions: Sealed bids must be submitted to: Millard County Auditor's Office 50 South Main Fillmore, Utah 84631 Bids may also be submitted by email to: millardbids@millardcounty.gov Please mark the envelope or email subject line: 'West Maintenance Sealed Bid.' Deadline: Bids must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on February 27, 2026. Bids will be opened at the Millard County Commission meeting on March 3, 2026. Millard County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
