NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 17th day of February 2026 and continued to Tuesday the 3rd day of March 2026, as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to open a comment period while the commission considers a conditional use application for modifications to a designated historical structure and its use as an office space. The home is known as the William Bowethopre House, located at 4910 S. Holladay Blvd. Holladay, Utah.
The request is to evaluate modifications made to the home and for the use of the property as both a residence and an office in accordance with standards for historic sites in Chapter §13.86 of the City of Holladay Municipal Code and the approval standards for a conditional use permit outlined in Chapter §13.08.040 of the City of Holladay Municipal Code.
The packet with information regarding this application will be available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours three days prior to the scheduled meeting.
The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options:
1. In-person attendance at Holladay City Hall or
2. Email your comments by 5:00 PM on the date of the meeting to cmarsh@holladayut.gov or call 801-527-3890.
