A public hearing will be held on the following matter: A petition to amend Title 17 to amend the parking requirements in the Tracy Aviary's Jordan River Nature Center (JRNC) District to allow for unpaved surfaces pending specific criteria are met and the City Engineer or their designee approve. The applicant is Angela Dean, of AMD Architecture on behalf of Tracy Aviary.
