Description/Agenda
The Millville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4, 2026 beginning at/after 7:05 p.m. in the AUDITORIUM at Ridgeline High School, 180 N 300 W, Millville, UT 84326 to receive public input regarding a ZONE CHANGE REQUEST received from Steward Land Company. The Zone Change is for parcel 03-035-0037 from Agricultural (A) to a mixed zone between R1/R2, which are one-third acre and one-half acre zones. The property is 35 acres and located approximately between 100 East/200 East and 400 South in Millville.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend and make comment or submit written comment prior to the hearing to kara@millvilleut.gov.
