Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday February 26, 2026 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Andrew Greenwood located approx. 3000 N North Plain City Rd., Parcel-190220001. The Petitioner has proposed that the property be rezoned from RE-20 to RE-18.5. More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM.
