Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Sevier County will be accepting bids for rent of 5 shares of Piute Reservoir & Irrigation Company water for the years 2026 - 2030. Please submit a sealed bid for the water at a per acre foot rate to the Sevier County Clerk, 250 N Main, Suite 100, Richfield, UT 84701 no later than March 6, 2026, at 5pm. Lease will be invoiced each year after acre feet are allocated by the canal company. Bids will be opened in the Sevier County Commission meeting held on March 9, 2026. Sevier County reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
