- Agenda Review for the City Council meeting;
- Nature Center Annual Report;
- Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Grants Report;
- Council Business:
o Council member Initiative - Joint Resolution Affirming Community Trust Through Public Safety; and
- Council Comments.
Any items not fully addressed prior to the 6:00 p.m. City Council meeting
may be addressed immediately following that meeting.

2. Opening Ceremony:
a. Pledge of Allegiance.
b. Moment of Silence.
c. Acknowledgements.
3. Recognition:
a. Janene Eller-Smith - Compass Award and Key to the City. Presenting retired City Council Executive Director Janene Eller-Smith with the Council's Compass Award and the Mayor's Key to the City for her significant contributions to Ogden City.
4. Approval of Minutes:
a. Special meeting of December 9, 2025 - Council member Myers
b. Joint work session of December 9, and work session and regular meeting of December 16, 2025 - Council member Richey
c. Work session and regular meeting of January 6, 2026 - Council member Lundell
5. Report from Planning Commission:
a. 1425 Kingston Drive Rezone. Proposed Ordinance 2026-1 rezoning property at 1425 Kingston Drive from Single-family Residential Zone (R-1-10) to Single-family Residential Zone (R-1-8) in order to allow the development of a 10-lot single-family residential subdivision. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
6. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any issue or topic. To ensure that the meeting is managed in an orderly and efficient manner, public comments will be limited to three minutes or less per person, as determined by the Council Chair. Participants are to state their names for the record. Comments which cannot be made within the established time limit may be submitted to the City Council Office by email at citycouncil@ogdencity.gov, online at www.ogdencity.com/publicinput, or by voice message at 801-629-8158.

8. Closed Session. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to one or more of the provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open and Public Meetings Law:
a. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual
b. Strategy session to discuss collective bargaining
c. Strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation
d. Strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property
e. Strategy session to discuss the sale of real property
f. Discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems
g. Investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct.
