PUBLIC HEARING: The West Haven City Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 25th Day of February, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input to consider an amendment to the Sign Ordinance, including sections § 157.755-§ 157.761. Summary of Proposed Changes: The proposed code change amends the sign ordinance by updating the definition of a Planned Commercial Center and adding a section that governs signs within these centers. The primary change is that it allows larger signs while reducing the number of signs permitted within a Planned Commercial Center. Other standards for signs within the center are also proposed. The proposal also clarifies enforcement policies and sign code violations within the City.
