A. Purchase of a Large Tractor and Implement, Corey Bullock
Parks and Recreation is requesting permission to purchase a large tractor and implement. This
purchase was approved in the 2026 budget. Parks and Recreation has solicited three bids and is
accepting the lowest bid from John Deere.

B. Road Overlay Project, Jed Bell
An RFP was issued for asphalt overlay work on eight (8) County roads. Nine (9) responsive bids
were received, with prices ranging from $2,362,997.40 to $2,898,636.65. Kilgore Contracting
submitted the lowest-priced responsive bid of $2,362,997.40 and was selected for award.

C. Intellipay Service Fee Agreement, Mike Jensen
This is an agreement with Intellipay that will allow Tooele County to utilize the software and
services of Intellipay to effectuate electronic payments. Intellipay is used by other county
departments and the Treasurer's Office is looking to use their services as well.

D. BillTrax Contract for Services with Tooele County, Mike Jensen
BillTrax is the software system that runs the IntelliPay for the other contracts that the Treasurer's
Office wants to start using. This is necessary for the other contract.

A. Resolution 2026-03 - Adopting Tooele County's Class D Road Inventory Map, Nathan Harris
This resolution adopts the Class D Road Inventory Map, as required by Utah Code Annotated
72-3-105. The County shall continue to update this map for the public's use.

B. Resolution 2026-04 - Ratifying the Tooele County Manager's Appointment of Wayne Jones as the
Tooele County Justice Court Judge, Nathan Harris
This resolution ratifies the County Manager's appointment of Wayne Jones as the new Justice
Court Judge to fill the vacancy created by the recent retirement of Judge Dow.

C. Resolution 2026-05 - Declaring a Parcel of Real Property as Surplus Property, Nathan Harris
This resolution will surplus a small piece of County land, adjacent to the intersection of Sheep
Lane and SR-112, for UDOT to construct a traffic light.

12. Manager Update: Ratifications
A. Modified Agreement for Dispatch Services for BLM
This modification updates the contract between Tooele County and Bureau of Land Management
to follow current federal guidance by removing sustainability requirements that are not required by
law and clarifying the representation and certification section.

This is an updated agreement between the Forest Service and Tooele County for funding sheriff
patrols on Forest Service land.
