NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC
COMMENT FOR CLEARFIELD CITY
Notice is hereby given that Clearfield City Corporation will hold its first Public Hearing on February 24, 2026, at 7:00 pm to take public comments on:
- The upcoming 2026-2027 Annual Action plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs for funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
- The City is responsible for the development, administration, and implementation of the Plan in accordance with the CDBG program guidelines. The Annual Action plan covers the one-year period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
The Public Hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at the Clearfield Municipal Building, located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield City, Utah. All Clearfield City residents and interested parties are invited to comment during the Public Hearing.
Questions or written comments regarding the community development and housing needs addressed by the Plan may be submitted to Allison Barnes, CDBG Coordinator at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, 84015, or by phone (801)525-2772 or by TTY at 711 or 888-346-3162 for Spanish Relay Utah, or email at Allison.barnes@clearfieldcityut.gov.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons in need of special accommodations or services to participate in this meeting shall notify the City at least 24 hours in advance at 801-525-2700.

Por medio del presente, se notifica que la Corporación de la Ciudad de Clearfield celebrará su primera Audiencia Pública el 24 de febrero de 2026, a las 7:00 p. m., para recibir comentarios del público sobre:
- El próximo Plan de Acción Anual 2026-2027 para los programas de Subvenciones para el Desarrollo Comunitario (CDBG) con fondos recibidos del Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los Estados Unidos (HUD).
- La Ciudad es responsable del desarrollo, la administración y la implementación del Plan de acuerdo con las directrices del programa CDBG. El Plan de Acción Anual abarca el período de un año, del 1 de julio de 2026 al 30 de junio de 2027.
La Audiencia Pública se llevará a cabo en la Sala del Consejo Municipal del Edificio Municipal de Clearfield, ubicado en 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah. Se invita a todos los residentes de Clearfield y a las partes interesadas a participar y presentar sus comentarios durante la Audiencia Pública.
