NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
FEBRUARY 24, 2026 and MARCH 19, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 2.096 acres of property currently zoned Unincorporated Area to R-S (Residential Suburban). The property is located at approximately 940 North East Side Drive.
The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
