Cleveland Town Council Meeting February 12, 2026 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Approve November Council Minutes Public Comment: This section is Limited to 10 minutes TOTAL. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. Each Person Is Limited To 3 Minutes! *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny revisit Rayne Jensen noncompliance with horse shelters at 190 N 50 W. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny flower basket bid from Gordon's Floral for flower pots. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny continued lease of water shares from Emery School District of 150 shares @ $3.52 each for a total of $528 for 2026. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny donating to Elmo Horse and Buggy days. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny speeding in town and speed limit signs. 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny secondary water usage for 2026 & culinary water. 7. Discuss/Approve/Deny Cemetery Policy changes. 8. Discuss/Approve/Deny question how do we proceed with unpaid utility bills from people who have moved and do not answer their cell phone. 9. Discuss/Approve/Deny Treasurer, Heather Holt, wants to speak about upcoming budget year. 10. Discuss/Approve/Deny Set dates for town and highway 155 cleanup. 11. Discuss/Approve/Deny garbage bin use by others outside of town limits. 12. Discuss/Approve/ Deny letters for non-compliance and updates with ongoing compliance issues. 13. Discuss/Approve/Deny bills and city financials for payment. 14. Council Reports. 15. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on March 12, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
