AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE
I, Jason Gould, the duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its February 3, 2026, meeting adopted the following:
ORDINANCE NO. 2025-40: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 211 PATTERSON STREET FROM MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE (R-4) TO MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE (R-5) TO ALLOW DEVELOPMENT OF A 25-UNIT MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT THAT WILL PROVIDE LONG-TERM HOUSING OPTIONS FOR YOUNG ADULTS WHO HAVE AGED OUT OF FOSTER CARE, MANAGED BY THE OGDEN HOUSING AUTHORITY.
Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard # 210, during regular business hours.
The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted in accordance with Utah State law on this 11th day of February 2026.
