Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Proposed Increase to Water Rates The Town of Kanarraville hereby gives notice that the Town Board has proposed an increase the municipal water rates. The proposed rate increase is necessary to cover rising operating costs, save for future water infrastructure projects, and meet regulatory requirements. If the ordinance is approved, the new rates would take effect on July 1, 2026. A public meeting to present the proposed water rate increase will be held: Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026 Time: 6:30 pm Location: Kanarraville Town Hall, 40 South Main All residents are encouraged to attend and be informed. Written comments may be submitted to Heidi Loveland, Kanarraville Town Clerk at heidi@kanarraville.org, or HC 65 Box 148, Kanarraville UT 84742 prior to the meeting.
