NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
STATE OF UTAH
HOUSING CREDIT PROGRAM ALLOCATION PLAN
The Utah Housing Corporation (the 'Corporation') has scheduled a public hearing to consider comments on the State of Utah's proposed Housing Credit Allocation Plan (the 'Plan') under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the 'Code'). The Corporation proposes certain revisions to the Plan.
The Corporation has scheduled a public hearing Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Corporation's presentation room located at 2479 South Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. The hearing will also be available electronically via Teams. For those who wish to attend via Teams, please register using the link below.

If you wish to comment on the proposed revisions, you may do so by appearing at the public hearing or by participating in the Teams webinar. Participants are strongly encouraged to email comments in advance, as there will be limited opportunity to speak during the hearing. Additionally, written comments may be submitted after the hearing by emailing to the address below.

Subsequent to the public hearing, taking into consideration remarks and comments submitted, the Plan will be presented for approval by the Board of Trustees of Utah Housing Corporation in accordance with the requirements of Section 42 of the Code.
