Description/Agenda: CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA Fillmore City Council Chambers - 75 West Center, Fillmore, Utah Thursday February 12, 2026 6:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. The Fillmore City Council will be attending a public meeting organized by Jer'E Brinkerhoff where Mr. Brinkerhoff will be discussing and receiving public comment regarding the Millard County Commission's plans regarding the facilities and land in and around the Fillmore City Fairgrounds. The meeting will be held in the Fillmore City Council chambers located at 75 W Center Street in Fillmore.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.

Other Information: The Fillmore City Council reserves the right to move any agenda item forward. Any item, regardless of how stated on the agenda may be acted on by the City Council at this meeting. The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session pursuan
