Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 26-02 South Ogden City hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, the South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 26-02. This ordinance amended Title 3 of the South Ogden City Code, bringing liquor control into collaboration with State Code, amending business license approval and revocation processes, and replacing 'City Recorder' with 'Business License Official'. This ordinance will be applicable to all residents of South Ogden City. A copy of this notice or the ordinance can be viewed or obtained by visiting the Office of the City Recorder, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden City, UT, 84403 or by calling 801-622-2709 to request a copy.
