REQUEST FOR BID
2026 Saratoga Springs Pavement Maintenance Project
Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2026 Pavement Management Project will be received by the City of Saratoga Springs Public Works Department via the Utah Public Procurement Portal (U3P), until 2:00 P.M. local time on February 17, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened. Results will post electronically at 3:00 P.M. The 2026 Pavement Management Project consists of various surface rehabilitation and maintenance practices.
A single bid will be received for the project from each bidder. The City intends to award separate contracts based on the low bid per individual bid schedule.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: CMT Technical Services. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents as found on U3P.
A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Proposal Summary: This project consists of slurry seal and micro-surface seal on the roads throughout Saratoga Springs. You may bid on Bid Schedule A - Slurry Seal and/or Bid Schedule B - Micro-Surface Seal.
