Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ADOPTION On January 27, 2026, the West Valley City Council passed an ordinance adopting an amendment to the project area plan for the Fairbourne Community Reinvestment Area. The amendment makes a minor adjustment to the boundaries of the project area to avoid inconsistent boundary lines at the request of the Salt Lake County Assessor. The ordinance and the resolution amending the project area plan are available for public inspection between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, holidays excepted, at City Hall, which is located at 3600 S. Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah.
