Description/Agenda: The Rich County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to take input on the proposed conditional use permit application submitted by Union Wireless. The application requests approval of a conditional use to construct a 100' cellular tower at 3000 N. 2400E. Laketown. The meeting will be held: Thursday, February 26th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Laketown City Office Building at 10 N. 200 E., Laketown, Utah. The entire application can be viewed at the Bear Lake Regional Commission located at 69 N. Paradise Pkwy. Bldg. B. Garden City, Ut. Public comment may be limited to 5 minutes at the public hearing.
